Entry Requirements
Applicants must possess at least three O’Level credits in WAEC, SSCE, NECO, GCE or equivalent results in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and either Biology, Agricultural Science or Geography.

Admission Conditions
Candidates who successfully complete the programme may be considered for automatic placement into FUHSO degree programmes, provided they meet the stated requirements.

Applicants must obtain at least 50% in each subject, maintain 75% attendance, choose FUHSO as their first choice in JAMB/UTME, and meet the university’s cut-off mark for their chosen programme.
Application Fee and Deadline
The application fee is ₦10,000, non-refundable.
Sales of application forms will commence on Friday, August 7, 2026, and close on Sunday, October 31, 2026.
