The management of Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) hereby formally notifies the general public, and particularly all candidates who chose UDUS as their first choice for the 2026/2027 academic session, that the admission process has officially commenced.
Following this development, the university wishes to draw the attention of all prospective applicants to a mandatory requirement for successful consideration. It has been observed that some candidates are yet to upload their O’Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, etc.) onto the Joint Admissions and Matricuation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) portal.
Critical Directive to AII Applicants
1. Mandatory O’Level Upload: All applicants who are yet to upload their O’Level results are mandated to do so as a matter of extreme urgency.
2. Admission Condition: Please be categorically informed that no admission can be processed or offered without an uploaded verified record of at least five (5) O’Level Credit passes relevant to the candidate’s applied program.
3. Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to upload your O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS portal will automatically disqualify a candidate from being considered, leading to
needless delays or total exclusion from the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
What Affected Candidates Must Do:
Visit any accredited JAMB Computer-Based Test (CBT) Centre.
Upload your O’Level results immediately to your JAMB profile via the JAMB e-Facility/CAPS portal.
Regularly log in to your JAMB CAPS dashboard to confirm that your results have been successfully uploaded and status reflects correctly.
Do not wait until the peak of the admission exercise before taking action. Act promptly to ensure your application is processed seamlessly.
