For the official resumption date for newly admitted students, the Students’ Union Government is pleased to inform all freshers that the 2026/2027 Academic Session will officially commence with the Orientation Programme scheduled for Monday, 14 September 2026.
The Orientation Programme is designed to welcome freshers into the University and provide them with essential information about academic life, university policies, available facilities, and other important aspects of their stay in FUNAAB.
The programme will run from Monday, 14 September to Friday, 18 September 2026, with freshers attending according to their respective Colleges.
The main orientation sessions will hold at the Prof. Oluwafemi.Olaiya Balogun Ceremonial Building, while the ICT Training sessions will take place at the Professor Olusola Oyewole Lecture Theatre.
Freshers are advised to stay alert for the specific schedule applicable to their respective Colleges and make the necessary preparations ahead of the programme.
