Key Deadlines & Requirements
School Fees Payment Deadline: All undergraduate students must pay their school fees and other prescribed charges by Friday, July 24, 2026.
Examination Cards: Students must obtain their examination cards on or before the end of July 2026.
Important Note for NELFUND Beneficiaries
Students relying on NELFUND loans are also required to pay all prescribed fees and collect their examination cards. This step is mandatory to enable the university’s Bursary Department to process their NELFUND refunds.
The memorandum, signed by the Deputy Registrar of the Academic Affairs Division, Mustapha Hanafi-Idiaro (on behalf of the Registrar), emphasizes that this directive is for strict compliance.
