In response to the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD) requirement for NYSC mobilization, the Academic Affairs Division has resolved to conduct Data Capturing and Verification of students records.
Accordingly, all final year students (400/500 1evel) in all departments are to proceed to the Academic Affairs Division for data capturing and verification of their academic records, with the following documents:
1. NIN Slip
2. JAMB Admission Letter (Institution Copy)
3. 400/500 Level Second Semester Course Registration Form
Date: Monday, July 13, to Friday July 24, 2026
All affected students are to ensure that information provided conforms with their information on the University Portal. This circular is for strict compliance and failure of which will mean forfeiture of NYSC Mobilization.
The above directive is for all Heads of Department to direct their final year students to report to Academic Affairs Division for the Data Capturing and Verification of students’ records.
