How To Check DELSU Admission List 2026/2027
If you want to check your name on the DELSU admission list, note that there are two methods you can use. The first is by checking your status via JAMB CAPS and the second is via the DELSU portal. Scroll down to learn how to check your name using any of the two methods.
How to Check DELSU Admission List Via JAMB Portal
Check DELSU admission status on the JAMB CAPS Portal by following the steps below:-
- Visit the JAMB CAPS portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
- Log on to your Jamb profile using your username and password.
- Scroll down then click the “Check Admission Status” tab.
- Click on Admission Status
- Select your examination year
- Enter your JAMB registration number
- Then click “Check admission status” to see if you have been offered admission by Delta State University (DELSU)
- You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS.
How to Check Admission Status Via DELSU Admission Portal
If you prefer to check via the school portal, these are the steps you can follow.
- Candidates are to visit https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/
- Login using your details
- Click on “Check Admission Status”
- Your status will be displayed.
If you have been admitted, Congratulations! Proceed to “Accept” Or “Reject” the admission. If you accept, this means that you are interested in the admission. If you reject, it will be assumed that you no longer need the admission.
If you see “Admission in Progress”, this means that the admission is still processing. Check back after some time and your status might change.
If you see “Not Admitted” do not give up just yet, also check the admission portal from to time to see if your status will change.
What Do I Do After Accepting DELSU Admission?
Many of you have been asking this question, well, here is a short answer: you pay the DELSU acceptance fee. An acceptance fee is a non-refundable amount payable by any newly admitted student to secure their admission.

DELSU Acceptance fees are paid based on the state of origin of candidates. If you are Deltan you get to pay a different fee from Non-Deltans.
