Eligibility & Requirements
Prospective applicants must satisfy the following academic and administrative requirements to qualify for the screening:
Core Academic Requirements
O’Level Credits: Applicants must possess at least five (5) credit passes, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
Result Combination: Candidates are permitted to combine a maximum of two (2) O’Level results from WAEC and NECO only.
Required Registration Documents
During the online screening registration, candidates must upload the following credentials:
• Recent passport photograph
• Primary School Leaving Certificate
• Secondary School Testimonial
• Birth Certificate
• Certificate of State of Origin
• O’Level Result(s)
How to Apply
Eligible candidates who selected the Standard College of Nursing Sciences, Minna as their first-choice institution in the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) UTME are advised to proceed with their online screening:
