- Visit the JAMB EFacility portal.
- Log in with the candidate’s JAMB username and password.
- Scroll down and select Check Admission Status.
- Select Access my CAPS.

JAMB CAPS Admission Status Messages

Admission Offered

Recommended means the university has considered the candidate, while JAMB is still reviewing the application to confirm that the required criteria have been met.
The candidate should continue checking CAPS for the final decision.
Not Admitted
Not Admitted means the candidate has not yet been selected for admission.

Pending
Pending means the candidate’s application is still under review and a final decision has not yet been made.
How to Accept or Reject AIFUE Admission
Candidates whose CAPS status shows Admission Offered are required to accept or reject the admission.
The stated methods are:
- Use biometrics at an approved JAMB CBT centre.
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number registered with JAMB.
Candidates using the SMS option should have up to ₦50 on their main airtime balance.
