The programme will lead to the award of Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board, JUPEB, certificates. What Is NDU JUPEB Pre-Degree Admission?

NDU JUPEB Pre-Degree is a one-session academic programme for candidates who want a Direct Entry route into 200 level.

The JUPEB certificate is equivalent to Advance Level GCE, Old Higher School Certificate, HSC or IJMB and each candidate will still need to pass the prescribed JUPEB examination before the Direct Entry certificate will be issued.

For admission into Niger Delta University and other JUPEB affiliate universities, candidates must also satisfy the admission requirements set by their chosen departments and faculties.

Who Can Apply for NDU JUPEB Admission?

Candidates seeking admission into the JUPEB Pre-Degree Programmes must have a minimum of five credit passes at O’Level.

The five credits must be obtained in at least five subjects, including English Language and Mathematics and the results must be from not more than two sittings.

How Will Candidates Apply for NDU JUPEB Admission?

Candidates will complete the application through the university portal, then submit a printed copy of the completed application form to the School of Predegree and Basic Studies.

The registration process should be followed in this order:

  1. Visit the NDU application portal.
  2. Click “Predegree Application”.
  3. Click “Start Application”.
  4. Create an account with full name, gender, phone number, email address, contact address and password.
  5. Click “Buy EPin” and pay online with a bank debit or credit card.
  6. Fill the application form with the EPin purchased, which will be generated and sent to the candidate’s email address and phone number.
  7. Apply for admission after completing the form.
  8. Submit a copy of the completed application form to the office of the School of Predegree and Basic Studies, ICT Building, New Site, NDU.
