The Management of Federal University of Transportation, Daura has announced the online screening exercise for candidates who applied for undergraduate admission through UTME and Direct Entry.

The screening exercise for the 2026/2027 academic session is scheduled to start on Monday, 15 June 2026.

Who Is Eligible for FUTD Post UTME Screening?

UTME candidates who applied for admission into Federal University of Transportation, Daura and scored 150 points or above will be eligible for the online screening exercise, provided they also have the relevant five O’Level credits.

Direct Entry candidates will also be part of the screening exercise.

What Is the FUTD Screening Fee?

Applicants will pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000.

Payment will be made after the applicant generates a Remita Retrieval Reference Number and the fee may be paid at any bank or through a debit card.

How Will Candidates Register for FUTD Post UTME/DE Screening?

Candidates will be required to log in to the FUTD admission portal and start the online screening process with their UTME registration number and state of origin.

  1. Visit the FUTD official website.
  2. Move to the Admissions section or open the FUTD admission login portal.
  3. Log in with the JAMB number as the username.
  4. Use the state of origin as the password.
  5. Complete the online application as directed on the portal.
  6. Generate the Remita Retrieval Reference Number.
  7. Pay the ₦2,000 non-refundable fee at any bank or with a debit card.
  8. Fill the required fields and upload credentials in the prescribed format.
  9. Review the application details before submission.
  10. Print the acknowledgement slip and keep it as proof of successful screening for 2026/2027 admission.

Which Login Details Will Be Used?

Applicants will use their JAMB number as the username.

The state of origin will be used as the password and candidates should enter both details as required on the admission dashboard.

What Documents Will Be Uploaded?

Candidates will upload all required credentials and supporting documents in the prescribed format on the portal.

The details provided on the screening form should be accurate, since the submitted information will be used for the 2026/2027 admission screening exercise.

What Should Be Printed After Submission?

Candidates should print the acknowledgement slip after submitting the online screening application.

The printed acknowledgement slip will be retained as evidence of successful screening for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
